Recently bought a garden umbrella and chair set from the store, had lots of variety for both indoor and outdoor furniture. Must visit and see all the three floors of the store. The staff was warm and courteous. Highly recommended by me.

Quality of furniture is good. As I am searching for Business to Business deal. Rumours in the market about the unfair deal of salesman which could brought defamation before the customers. Not recommended for business dealers. Perhaps good for individual buyers.

Company directly approach the customer and offered about 30% less price than negotiated price and brought defamation before my customers.Furniture is apparently good but could not assured qualitative as huge variation in price may reflect in quality too.Moreover Salesman are trained too for legal litigation threat on poor rating.

Quality of furniture is not good. We bought a costly bed and the very next month wood of foot side curved, they had no solution. Table top of dining table cracked after many requests no solution. Lower wood of centre table also cracked. No replacement despite assurances

Very bad experience. I will suggest all not to visit these people. They will give you price with your living style. Once you are in you will be pissedd off. At the end you will realise.

I do agree with Ms. ReenaWe made them deal with one of our best ClintThey wanted to buy some sofa and outdoor furnitureMr Virat gave us the price 12000 per seat with was actually @16000 perseat after less in showroomI told him that I I m not going to take any commission from him as I will give my client price of @14500 per seat , I made him deal with my client personally which was my biggest mistake he gave him the price 14500 which was the price we were actually dealing with our clients . I asked him why he did so bcoz business person we are providing our clients with best deal as well as with the lesser amount he is actually selling to nay of his clients as bcoz of us our clint was getting that much less in other words he just wanted to make that deal as he got to know that we are dealing with other furniture companies out there And after his deal with our clinits I never asked him for any commission at all rather he Empoison my client against me which was not at all cool on his part .That was our 1st and Last dealAfter this I never made anyone deal with that rather I refer them to deal with other best furniture showroom out there which are best in comparison with price and deals ..And what you said to Ms. Reena that we are cheating on our clients we are actually providing them with the less price they are actually buying both our clint and we are making best deals , and let me tell you we actually deserve that amount bcoz we are going everyday out there in the sun for our clients so that they can have the best deal and that too on our expense we are going to every store for days sometimes times it take so much time that we forget to have our food for that little part of profit we actually Risk our health and mind sitting for 3-4 hours in one shows room visiting 2-3 showroom a day .

Visited this mall and must tell you that the products, the ambience and overall buying experience at Trendz was simply amazing! would recommend people buy from here youll get many variations and quality based furnitures .

I purchased a Sofa 3+2 (5 seater) & a Centre table from Trendz Furniture Mall. First day I paid Rs. 70,000/ as booking money by card. After 20 days i.e. on the day of delivery, I made the remaining (final) payment (again by card). At home we received nice looking items, as promised (Everything is FINE till this point). With delivery I received 2 bills for 2 items. One bill was from Trendz (as expected), but the another bill was from some UNKNOWN Co. (Not Trendz). On asking, their manager told me that on delivery day, by mistake, he used some another CO.s machine to swipe my card, so the SOFAs Bill could NOT be issued from Trendzs bill book. I asked him to give me the exact thing written on a simple paper with signature (simply just for my record). He said ok tomorrow I will send, but he DID NOT KEEP HIS WORDS. When I tried to contact on phone, the OWNER (lady) transferred my call to the manager (Mr. Gulati), who unwillingly came to attend my call, whispering Yah to Peechhe hi pad gaya. After that they BLOCKED MY BOTH CONTACT #s. When I tried from another sim, the son of OWNER, Capt. Virat said Bhai saab, this is your 3rd call, I am in some meeting, do not disturb me, the dealing person will contact you......, BUT UNFORTUNATELY NOBODY CONTACTED ME until this review was uploaded on their website.Dear friends, everything I have kept in front of you. After one week usage, no doubt the sofa and centre table, both are looking quite HEALTHY & beautiful, till date & time. DR. PRAVEEN TRIPATHI (PGIMER), Chandigarh.

Very good collection of Garden furniture. Got a very good quality Chair set and umbrella at a price than amazon. Highly recommended from my side. Delivery time asked was 1 week but got the items in 3 days itself. Very satisfied with the range and quality. The staff was very courteous and i was also shown around the showroom very patiently. One of the best showrooms i have visited.

We ordered sofa set which came out to be very good and we are happy with that product. We also ordered a shesham wood bed frame but the wood used was mdx. The owner promised to replace the MDX wood with shesham wood and it has been many months. We have called multiple times to get this fixed it has been a painful experience with this store. I would not recommend buying furniture from them. They made false claims and false commitments.Update 7/11/2020: the owner followed up and sent workers to fix the issue. So updating it to four star.

Frst of all the staff will treat you like you are god...at the time youll be buying the product..but the moment your product will start giving you complaints and youll go and report to them..then youll realize that rather than treating you well, they are respecting just your money. Theyll not even attend you and the behaviour will suddenly become rude. The chairs we bought started to get corroded in just 4-6 days of purchasing and when we talked to the salesperson, he simply ignored. So the thing is that if youll complaint then their unprofessional and ignorant behaviour will show up..So in short it was our first and worst experience.

Most bogus company. They do sweet talk only when you are buying. If a manufacturing fault comes, they will blame it on you. They will not even replace a piece of furniture bought only 15 days ago. They will reluctantly repair it. And they want to charge for everything. Have bought quite a few items from them over the last five years. The quality is pathetic now (2018 onwards). Their premium double bed comes apart and makes squeaking noises all the time. They have sweet-talking salespersons who will promise you the moon in after sales while buying and will be unhelpful, almost rude, if there is a complaint.There are better and more professional companies in Chandigarh/Panchkula.Avoid them

The place is managed by very unprofessional people. I recently bought a bar cabinet from this place. After choosing from their limited items, the delivery was agreed to ambala. On receiving the delivered furniture i noticed few unfinished jobs and some repair already done on the front. On seeking a explanation from the store, the store manager/owner started arguing and got abusive. And since full payment was done in advance they were least interested in solving the issue or contacting me for that matter. I am surprised to see so many positive reviews here.

I bought furniture from this place and believe me that they had huge variety and options of furniture to choose from, the wood quality is good and I loved the designs what they had so I purchased entire living room furniture from here.

Bad experience with my recent purchase with them where they did not disclose the drawbacks of the product at the time of purchase and we got to know at the time of delivery. Won’t suggest anyone to buy from here or if buying, then try to clear all the pros and cons of the product you are buying.

Went to buy wooden beds and dining table , the quality was very good and after comparing the furniture with evoke, westside and pepperfry I finally brought it from trendz. Very happy with the products and dealing. Will come again for sofas. The solid wood furniture at the showroom is simply outstanding and none of the other furniture stores had such good quality solid wood furniture, must visit showroom.

Very unprofessional ethics. Once you pay the full amount by trusting them and wait for delivery, they dont care if the delivered product is in good condition as promised. Instead of providing proper service you will get lame and unprofessional responses. A big no to this store!

Would have given a negative rating.All was good till the delivery of the product we bought, paid full amount initially which now seems to be a mistake. Product delivered was totally in different condition from what was displayed to us. Cabinets broken, unfinished work, scratches all around. Ill-mannered, dont know how to deal with customers, started abusing over call. Total NO for this store. Cheaters they are.

Huge and latedst variety with genuine prices

I purchased Angoor garden furniture set in Dec 2016. The product was told to have PU paint which is fit for outdoor. But now (May 2017) the paint has developed cracks in the paint and chipping of paint near the joints is also visible. I have not talked to the seller but I dont think that they will help in any case.
