I went ahead with this Packers to move some my households goods. And bang on. They delivered it on time as well as taken good care of the things. Staff Behaviour is also good. Extremely pathetic. (PLZ REFER TO PICTURES ATTACHED)They took 18 hours to pack and transport for a distance of 2 kms (From sector 38 to 36, Chd). They did not have full material (cartons, tapes). They did not get even single bubble wrap, newspapers and plastic wrap. Used our costly bedsheets, boxes without asking us and even tore them. Even I trusted few google reviews which now i realise are written by their staff only.Mr. Divender is such a rude man. on complaining about less material, labourers breaking our furniture (pictures attached), he stopped answering our calls. He threatened to call police if we did not give full money, despite his labourers broke our furniture and electronic worth more than lakhs. DO NOT HIRE SHAKTI PACKERS. UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE AND GUNDA RAAJ.

Worst movers and packers ... Instead of hiring them u shud pack ur own stuff .. the labor people hired are not professional. They just pick ur things and go on stuffing in the cartons .. they dont have any wrapping material for fragile things ... They dont even mark ur boxes and just stuff everything together .. they took whole day just for local transportation ..They cause lot of breakage of furniture. Wont recommend to anyone ... Dont hide for them just because of cheap if u care for ur time and furniture ..

Labour needs to be improved otherwise all good

They are liyers and giving poor service they have no packing material properly and taking charges too much i am not satisfied. When i received my stuff my mirror was broken and my trally was broken they are not responsible for anything.

Worst service, booked for 8:00 am in the morning they arrived at 9:00 after multiple calls and follow up. When they arrived that too with smal tempo and only 2 labours and when we asked for such an idiotism, what I got in reply aapko karana h ya nhi.Never recommend ....worst worst worst serviceI immediately cancelled it and booked another one

Very bad service rendered by shakti packers and they unloaded few items at Chandigarh and assured that it will transported to Lucknow but now they are not picking up phones,as per my experience seems to be unreliable ,unresponsive packers.They are stationed at Zirakpur,so it is better to avoid this packer.

Nice company. My luggage was to shifted from chandigarh to pathankot ,they shifted all the belongings in very best way. All luggage was packed delivered to me in punjab and unpacked . They also assembled my bed and Almirah. My shipment was on sharing basis so it took time around 2 days to be delivered

My experience is average. Late by 1.5 hours than schedule. Inspite of fixing price, just before coming over, I get a call from someone saying charge would be per box. Fortunately I had my own boxes as well else I dont know how much extra would they have asked for on last minute. Quick but untidy packing. Wrapped my clothes & blankets in my bedsheets and kept it on wet space directly in their conveyance. So you can imagine my experience. And the labour expected bakshish after such job. Improvement recommended.
