Oscar is a placement agency that has tie-up certifications with many government agencies, hires and places candidates for various jobs like security guards, data analysts, drivers, and clerical posts. Most of the candidates placed by Oscar get their salaries in their bank account. Can be trustes because of certifications, but as it is a placement agency one must not raise a finger about their business model.

Office provider very helpfull talking very softly

This is basically a manpower provider firm, Work culture is below average. There is no general timing for work you have to work for long hours 11 to 12 hours and no OT paid for the same. Generally company cant enforce any employee to take work for more than 9 hours without paying for extra hours. Work load is very high, sometime on sundays you have to work for. Manager is not allowed for leaves easily. Salary disbursement will be in 3-4 week of month which is too late for any employee.

If there was black stars I would like to rate all fiveThe worst place one dedicated employee will find. The dealing employer is like a colonel in army. Dupes employees. As per Mr Avtar best place for some specified category . U will not be paid ur deserving dues when you quit. But some specified are exceptions.Mr employerLearn something from Mr Avtar bawa about ethics .

Mjhe 25th sep. ko specially delhi se call krk bulaya for interview and after interview rounds mjhe bol dia ki ap selected ho gae ho apko offer letter 3.4 days me mail pe recieve ho jaega and 14th oct. se joining ho jaegi but abi tk koi offer letter nhi aya koi call nhi aayi maine call ki to mjhe bola ki mam call krenge lekin mam ka b koi call n aya..ab khte h ki sir apko offer letter abi tk n aya to apki selection n hui...

Har Mussibat or Jarurat pe hmesha sath dena.Mussibat kasi bhi ho personal ya professional sabse aage rehna .....Family ke bad Oscar hi h jo Family ki trh hmare sath h .......Covid-19 Mahamari me ... hmari salries tym se aaana or har employee ka dyan rkha gya ghr p rehte hue bhi .... jhan salaries or employee nikale gaye whan Oscar ne kisi bhi employee ko nhi nikala gya balki jo ex-employee help k ly aaye unko bhi hamare malik ne job di or salary bhi wo bhi puri ....

So nonsense is the company that does not even pay salaries to its workers, nor does the EPF pour in. Now what are the people doing jobs in a company
