I had my car insurance from Liberty Insurance Co from last 4 years and continuously claiming NCB but now i met with accident. The company shows non professional behaviour. Neither sales person nor claim settlement people cooperate to get the claim settle. I have to pay from my pocket and now challenging in consumer forum and will knock abdusman cell and IRDA.OVERALL POOR SERVICE
