This agency applied for a job via Upwork, and refused to work in the project after being accepted. They must have missed the brief and applied blind folded. Very poor communication, the employee didnt even bother to convey what gong on and kept us waiting for a day. The answer was We dont work on performance or Result basis. Which means dont work with them if you want performance or Results.Had to deposit money to start the work unnecessarily.

Not having any connection with the organisation personally or business purposes but had a word with owner of the organisation, must say he is a nice person.

We are a company based in Canada and hired Imark in India to take over our development project to build both a web platform and mobile application. The beginning was great as promises were made. Unfortunately after just a few weeks, we realized what a huge mistake we did.1-The team was extremely unprofessional2-very poor coding skills, we were forced to re-write the code in full!3-deadlines were never met4-the oldest possible Swift code was used and we were forced to upgrade the code in full.5- So many more issues, it was a huge dissapointment.We were forced to take the project away from them after more than 4 months of lost time and barely any progress made.The bottom line, only use this company if you have a simple website to write, or you dont mind the quality of your backend code or even the libraries they use. Otherwise, this will be a total waste of your money.

They developed a subscription based app for me and they had no idea they required in app purchase to be developed not to mention my business could have been sued for millions as they were tracking the user on their device by GPS causing a major privacy issue without informing them.This company almost ruined my brand and reputation and I was advised my app was almost ready to be released to market based on their expert advice. What a joke. They have no idea and there only concern is to take money from different clients around the world providing them a joke of a service.
