Last evening on 23.10.2021 had a visit with my family to PPJewellers 22 D chd.It was really a worse experience .Staff is very rude andtheir general behaviour is àlso not good.customers are not attended properly.It seems as if they are not interested in them.A great mistake will not visit again

I visited there second time, very impressed with jewellery designs. Staff was very nice and cooperative. I was looking for designer gold chain and specially thanks to Madhuri mam, she helped me in choosing best design for me.

Customer handling is very good.You have to wait sometime as its remain crowdy all the time. Product designs are quite good.

Dont replace ur old gold with them, they melt gold and do some tricks that will reduce the weight and they tell u its wasteage. And 22k Hallmarked jewellers from renowned jewellers like sham mall or nikamal or kalyan they take it as 21.7 carat and tell u its not 22 carat, how is that possible. They play around with their machine readings which you cannot catch so please be aware just purchase new items from them DNever ever adjust ur old gold with them, else your are looted easily for 1-2 grams of gold.

Half of the staff is frustrated all the time and do not deal customers properly. Secondly it takes a lifetime in clearing kittys. They start calling atleast a week before your last payment, then when you vidit store after few days they will say that maturity is after 12 days or 15 days etc. Plz do not invest in kitty. Just put the money in fd or mutual funds that will atleast yield interest.

I like the transparency they keep in their transactions. Staff are polite and they offer best services.

Ive never opted in for their SMS marketing and despite that I receive messages each day. Even after calling the mentioned number, these guys dont opt out a customer of SMS marketing.PP Jewellers- Do marketing, but with opt ins and in an ethical manner. Please provision for opt outs, your promotional messages can get extremely irritating.

It was my first visit at P.P.Jewellers. i was being attended by Mr.davinder. their way of dealing & describing each ornament was amazing. i liked the way i am being treated.& purchased jewellery for my mom & grandma by best consultation of Mr.Davinder.

I must say they hardly have knowledge about the goldsmith things , they are just in mrket to make u fool , they will try to sell u one diamond ring and u will get one free( worth one lakh) I mean people hardly know tht diamond dn hv any price tag and they wll try to oversell thier diamond ring which hardly cost around 1000 inr to them and they sell it around 1 lakh rupees as being goldsmith I know how things work and they couldnt even tell me few things about the gold industry 😂#teachurselsmansomething

I have been cheated by PP jeweller sector 22 chandigarhI would like to share my experienceI went to PP jeweller, offered my gold chain for exchange of new one,In the first machine they checked gold is 21 carat so they will give rate for 21 carat then they told there condition of melting the jewellery only then they will exchange then they put in melting machine and then stated that its 7 caratFirst they told its 21 carat then on melting said its 7 carat only leaving me in a very helpless situation, and handed over me melted pitiable piece for my chain and suggested to go and fight with the one who gave from whom purchasedIt is my suggestion buy the jewellery from them but dont sell or exchange your old gold chain jewellery to them otherwise you will fall in their trapFor 46000 rate I have been given 18000 and that also after stating that otherwise I will file police complaint and approach mediaBe cautious

Very bad experience. Staff is very lethargic, doesn’t treat customers to utter satisfaction. To point out particularly, I went to take Gold chain (men section) ,there two of the employees (1.Madhuri 2.Amit Dhiman ) were not treating us well and literally gossiping with each other. Seem like illiterate employees hired. Worst experience at a jewellery store. Improve otherwise the end is not far. Advice — Remove these two employees to set a benchmark for others to perform well .

Place is good with lots of offers on gold making charge, I went to see the bracelet. But stock was limited, so I didnt bought. I was disappointed with the sales person attitude, while coming they welcome while leaving they make faces like you have asking him his kidney for donation. That was bad experience!

Please dont buy from PP Jewellers. When I went to immediately point out a fault they told me it was minor and would be rectified in one hour or so any day except Saturday or Sunday. Later they wanted two three days. Now they say I have to pay for the repairs. They are totally lying and undependable.

The owner is a very nice person. My mother is a very long time customer of PP Jewellers and they always treat their customers nicely. The jewellery is authentic and they will repay you the whole amount for your gold as per the ongoing rates without deducting anything if the gold is purchased from their own outlet and If not purchased from them then they will exchange your gold for the whole amount.
