V bad experience. They didnt keep the promise and give false hopes. Not recommended.
Hey guys visited the shop and guys u can’t believe the shopkeeper was such a person he didn’t payed any attention at all and as we saw and kept the selected watches he kept them also inside . I wanted the watch picture which I selected to show someone and he said u can’t take pictures off watches . I was like THE WORST SHOP EVER VISITED, u guys can visit other showrooms in sec 17 they are far far friendly and comfortable to show watches (THIS IS AN HONEST OPINION BY A CONSUMER IF U DON’t believe u can visit this shop)
Worst experience . Just after 10 mins of the billing I asked them to change my Titan watch .. as I wanted higher amount watch but they said no we cant exchange the watch ... I dont know what software the are using for their accounts purpose where there is no option for sales return. They had no other option to exchange it ... Even the Titan store provides u with one month exchange policy .... had a Bad experience ....
