And then Im told that they have an exchange policy only.. like I am to trust the quality of their products :) And to top it they will refuse to acknowledge the customer by name in an email... just apologise for the mishap. And add emojis that only irritate. Based on my purchase their products look great but are really not worth the value. Customer support of course is pathetic.
