Nice jewellery... various variety to choose...wont regret buying one☺️☺️

Malpractice and Loot of Rs 96000/-I was having Monthly 4 kitty of rs 1500/- each.Those got matured on Aug 2019.I was planning to buy jewellery on the very same day but somehow none of the items appealed us . We came out without buying.I got no time to visit that jeweller in the meanwhile.Today when I visited that jeweller, they told me to rate applicable would be of today. Which I think is not at all acceptable and it’s a kind of loot and wrong practice by a jeweller..My concerns are How can some one refuse the gold rate of that day I.e 06-08-2019 when I had made the full payment of Rs 96000/- .After lot of argument , I told them I am not interested in buying a jewellery on current rate so pls return the money in cash. They also refuse the same.I have been cheated for rs 96000/- by this jeweller.
