Warning! I have been their customer for many years. The service is declining rapidly; there was an issue with every item they have done for us. I was very forgiving, until now. The latest items (simple summer pants, and a simple blouse, nothing elaborate) are taking longer than two months - more and more excuses. They were rude, one tailor threw the pants at another tailor, arguing. The shop sold me a faulty fabric, the tailors did not informed me, let me paid for the work, and blamed it on the shop (instead, we could have resolved the problem and save the item from being made). Moreover, each fabric is wrongly cut, missing more than 10cm (4 inches). There are MANY other shops in Dubai who deserve your time and money. Do not support rude and unprofessional services!

Good fabrics good price

I found this place thanks to timeout Dubai which had suggested it as a good tailoring option. On my first visit to the store, I brought along a few items from my wardrobe that I absolutely love but havent been able to find in the shops again. Deepas was able to copy the items and have them ready in one week. I bought the fabric from them as well and the salesman was able to recommend which fabric o should use for each item. I am so happy with my items and I will definitely be returning soon !

The best textile shop

Incompetent, rude, poor service, liars.Deepas has taken over 2 months to finish to my items. My first visit was in March, now in may my items still are not finished.I requested for full floating canvas, theyve lied and fused it, thinking I wouldnt notice th cheaper alternative (its usually only noticed if you cut open the suit) or the glued fabric bubbles after being steamed/fused together.Theyre completely untrustworthy. Ive visited the shop 8 times for fittings on various things and seen clients leave there in terrible suits.Deepas is NOT a place you go to deal with experts who know their stuff. Its a place you go to see people who know hardly anything about suits, who ship your tailoring requests off to a suit factory in the middle of nowhere in Dubai, this is why there are so many issues with the work.Save yourself the money, time and frustration and go somewhere else. I wouldnt wish this type of frustration on my enemy. Its truly not worth it!

I used there service 2 yeqrs ago Very bad service and finishing is poor ..they spoil my fabric worth 1000 dhs with wrong measurements and poor finish ..smoking smell ..even colors lose vibrant and look dirty ..laundry required ..they never able to copy any simple model even if it was just a skirt and sleeveless top ..couldnt wear them on al eid ..they never apologized ..cheap business..

Good service for sons golf day needed quick jacket

Dont leave to many reviews but this is terrible service, dealt with Raju for my best mans wedding suit, even though we gave him all the measurements they still got it wrong and tried to blame me instead of taking any action and helping a customer! Every 32 inch trouser that my brother has but guess what the 32 inch from Deepas wouldnt even come close to fitting, so had to buy a complety different suit for my brother. I searched around for a good tailor and this is not worth using, the suit was late, overpriced and also they forgot to send a shirt with the delivery. Stay clear as they will only blame the customer when it goes wrong.

The most incompetent and the rudest bunch of people in a shop I have ever been to anywhere in the world. Never deal with them. If there is a lower rank than one star, I would have posted it. If you ever find yourself forced to dealing with them, dont be polite at all.

They are expensive and not worth it at all. The finish is bad. Did two trials but they still got it wrong. Got fed up and decided to write it off as a bad debt and NEVER return!!
