The mission of this school is to instill a love of learning, reflection, and curiosity such that it becomes second nature to the students. This is a school that cherishes each childs intellectual growth. Each child is encouraged to fulfill their potential in a nurturing environment. The school is very selective of the teachers they employ and thus is very small. Two of our children have graduated from VDA. Only after graduation did they fully realize how much they learned at VDA. We are very grateful that VDA provided a foundation that will stay with them all their lives. The student-to-teacher ratio is on average 15:1. Due to the size, extra-curricular and sports options are limited but the school does provide some activities such as theater, Spanish, chess club, etc. The teachers organize talent shows, science fairs, recitals, and drama showcase sessions. There is a dedicated parent group that helps with Halloween parties and teacher appreciation events. Students are also encouraged to take initiative and organize activities. The students in my childs grade organized an entrepreneur fair and a school dance.

A very old school in sector 36. Location is on the main road. Well maintained playing grounds for student . Difficult to get admission even for residents of Sector 36 Chandigarh. One I got a chance to visit for admission of a student found admin and teaching staff a rude and arrogant behaviour. Fee structure is also above average schools in Chandigarh

Cricket academy ground and net facilities are available and in good condition.. Some well known players have come out from playing here.. Shubhmen Gill, Arshdeep Singh

Very bad school.study bakwas always burden on the students. Teachers are uncooperative and Principal also.

A beautiful school that is situated in the pollution free area. School campus is very neat and clean and beautiful. Best environment for students. Good teachers and best administration system. Very neat and clean playgrounds. Good school of the area.

Well managed school, different educational and extra curricular activities and games. Available Punjabi from nursery class,all religions and faiths are respected.connects one to his roots, students are well mannered,teachers are humble and practical in approach.No unnecessary burden on parents by giving any daily tasks to them,which is hectic for job doers.

Its just an average school, not that good and not that bad.

First things first, they have no idea how to deal with and talk to students guardians and parents.Receptionist and vice principal (2019) are so rude it feels like youre in a govt. bank.Other small issues like no printed worksheets,(they send on whatsapp and you have to print it), no fixed second saturday holidays etc. (they just declare it a holiday/ working day just as their wish), no annual trips for students etc. feels like theyre just their for your money. Education is secondary.The schools primary wing is far better than the secondary.

Worst school...teachers are mannerless and uncooperative.wat will they teach our kids.junior wing gurpreet kaur is worth mentioning here.if they feel student security as burden and liability plz come and tell in open.we will.make necessary arrangements accrdngly.very disappointing and horrible experience.

The school management is not supportive. He didnt refund security money. He just want to earn money at any cost.

I passed out of this school in 1984. Such great teachers and level of study. Very supportive staff. Beautiful location. Principal was Mrs. A Karam Singh and then Mr Puri. Our science teachers were Mrs Toor and Mr Singh. Math teacher was Mr Bhatt. I wish i could go back in time to enjoy the best time of my life.

Though I just studied in this school for a very little time i.e from LKG to class 2....but still i just miss this school terribly, I remember each memory spend in this school, I just miss my school friends.....I just dont know how to find them.....this school has been one of the best things which ever happened to my life... :) :)Guntass Cour Sandhu.
