These people will talk to so politely that you cant imagine . I recently purchased Marshall stockwell speaker from them . I asked them specifically that is this stockwell 2 or 1 as i had seen online that stockwell 2 is there but they said its the only speaker by name of stockwell. I thought that i might have seen wrongly and they convinced me that There is no 2 or 1 .Then when i bought that and was home scrolling online i found that Marshall has a variant stockwell 2 . They didnt have that in stock at that point of time so made things up so that they dont loose sale.Now when i confromted them over phone they said no we didnt say like that . Stockwell 2 is different model. And telling me that they told me stockwell 2 is out of stock . And i was told its a lower model and everything.When i am spending 25000 on stockwell 1 so it would not be a problem for me spen 29000 on a newer version.These people are sitting there with mask on and as soon as you leave the store they show the real faces of bad after sales and worse customer satisfaction .
