After calling them for complaint , they say we charge 300Rs for visiting.While installing they were saying free service for 1 year. And after few months their camera stopped working. And the person didnt even bother. Never buy from this place. Totally fraud company.

Earlier the name of the company was Real, now its Rial and tomorrow, it could be anything else. That doesnt matter much, because if you deliver quality products to your customers, they dont care if you are Real or Rial.But the regret of visiting you and buying your products is what makes your customers unhappy.I bought a set of Real 4 Channel DVR, 3 Dome Cams, 1 Bullet Cam and lengths of wire. In less than a year, the night vision of the Cams is dead and in the day time, their vision is either blind or blurry.Worst part, now even for visiting and checking the problem of the Cams, they have an attitude and a price.But I would rather throw away these Cams in garbage and get branded quality products than tolerating your behavior and your inefficient products.I wish Google had the option of awarding you with Negative or Black Stars, so people could be aware before coming your way.Edit:In reply to this review, Mr. Ram, the one man show of Real (oops, Rial) has alleged that he asked for Rs. 200. But in fact, this con man had asked for Rs. 500 as visiting charges EXCLUDING the cost of Repair/Part Replacement, even though I am situated within a radius of 1 km from him, just for checking finding the fault (the bad quality of HIS products).It doesnt matter what you are selling, you need to learn how to keep your customers happy and maintain relations.
