I m very sorry to say that ..I have very very bad experience of Haier service .I had purchased new Haier referegrator from sector 35 shop Chd Two month before...and I call for demo or referegrator balance setting..till I m waiting for service boy.- I received two three call from service boy he is not able come at my home at given time.So think before to purchase Haier products..

I bought washing machine from them.at 7 pm they promised me to deliver the same.but their boy did not came till 9 pm.I continously called them after half hour and they lied me that delivery boy is on the way but still not reached upto 10.my home is just 15 min away from them in 37.but at last I asked them to send carrier boy morning 8 am.but in late night at 11:30 pm I receives call from delivery boy that he had bring my washing machine I was surprised and asked him to come in morning as we all were sleep.but he asked me to deliver the same so in 12 am my product was delivered and was surprised it was not packed well.it was not in original packing and just in wrap of paper with thermocol.very embarrassing moment....Suggest you all goo to good shop to buy good product with good services.services are very poor.
