The owner does not know that how to talk with the customers. There is no coordination between the sale persons. The owner talk with customers very rude. and have no respect. He is only concerned with sale.He does not bother about the customers who so ever comes to purchase certain requirements.

Such a bad experience. I mean this is ridiculous. We pay for original penta modular anchor by panasonic and they give fake mini globo product which I dont know that company. The box are original product but inside box they send us a fake or dublicate product which can harm in future.

This is an electrical goods shop having electric household and industrial fittings. There are 2-3 stores of the same name in the industrial area Ramdarbar. I was told that these are 2-3 brothers running these stores. If you need to buy from particular store you need to know the plot number. I visited Jaidurga 447 plot no.

Had a bad experience with Jai Durga electricals.Mr Aggarwal doesnt know how to speak to customers and starts shouting at customers .Sold duplicate product and when asked to return he was offended.Will never visit again for purchasing from them.Not recommended
