Big shop with wholesale rates but be aware

Rates are high as per local market shopkeeper..i took rate from normal shop nd after i bought material from balaji they charge 1150 extra of same material ..i checked bill at home by trust that it is wholsaler..our mentaily is wholesaler provide material in reasonable rate but they are opposnext tym i ll perfer local dealer only

Perfect Shop for all electrical item.

They are very clever and mean. They provides you wrong information. First they gives you cheap rates of heavy items but in the end they even put prices of small items very high. Like when I ask wire rates they were cheap but when ask them to estimate the whole items containing switches and accessories it was around 30k but from other shops it was only 26k.So I recommend to double check the bill as the shopkeeper is very clever

Worst dealer... plz dont go for this... there will be no problem while you are purchasing... but at the moment you are returning rupee 1 thing out of your Rs1000 purchased things he will not return that at any cost...Worst customer service at the time of return of product...Mail id: [email protected]

I have pruchased around 80k electricals products but at the time of return of just a Rs 1350 wire roll, he is saying you can exchange but not return...what is the point of not returning a product of just 2% of total items... In building a home man always carry some extra so that he/she wont come back for some products... at the time of sale his saalesman says koi baat nahi agar zyada hua toh wapis kar dena... or ab keh rhe hain ki wapsi mein samaan ke badle samaan milega... good v good...pathetic Customer services at the time of return...

They are very rude and behaviour is also very bad, they are treating to customer like a road side labour. They dont know how to talk with customer.

Wrong information provided by the owner and his workers the rates provided initially are low and at the time of billing suddenly they add on all the taxes and extra charges that were never discussed initially beware we were fooled there are others on the market who have better products and have a better customer service and dont lie.Mr Owner have some shame. Look at the way you reacting to genuine customer reviews. And see for yourself how many fake reviews you have on your profile. Facts remain facts you and your staff dont have the etiquettes to talk to your customers as is evident from the responses you are giving here.Your dishonest and shady business practices will surely get you a few fast bucks however getting these bucks everyday will be your only fight. And one day my friend you might have to pack your bags from here.

I bought an Orient Brand Product Ceiling fan (Brushed Brass) and saw death of customer service.1.Guy at the counter/owner did not stamp warranty card despite many requests and denied Bill.However, charged the price equivalent and inclusive of GST.I confirm this is as I bought same product last month from a different store.2.The sales men was constantly telling to hurry up as the shop was about to close.3.He gave me the product asked and handed over incorrect blades.3.a I returned to store after 2 hours(approx) to see if the store was open and I can change the Blade,he again gave me the blades and said these are the right one.Later,these also turned out not associated with my product.3.b I went back to the store next day where sales guy and owner returned money saying blades are not available.While the money was returned this was a total turn off considering the treatment by these guys.They knew from the beginning the blades were wrong yet they sold me incorrect product. Cheaters !!
