Yes disha agencies is a good place to buy fans and other electronic items !!! Rates are reasonable and best brands are available !!! I my self bought about 25 odd fans !!! They all seem to be good !!!! Although the market voices that the disha angencies rates are too high !!! But personally found it to be very reasonable and the products are good and yes you can find variety of product in range and quality !!!
