Highly unprofessional, fake reports, i dont think they even test the samples, too many promises at the time of booking, but no delivery once payment has been made, Getting testing done through them is waste of time, energy and money.

Test results were fake , they took so much time for the results and everytime they gave another reason for delay and after calling many times they provided a fake report. Deserves less than one star. Shame on you wellness, totally unprofessionalism. Will never recommend to others and will prevent others to use this.

The result given to me was fake. My brother was having diabetes. So I was expecting some ranges. Hba1c and other test they provided was like a normal person. So I decided to repeat it from other lab. And I found the the result provided to me by wellness we’re fake. I would not recommend any one to this lab.

Used their services for second time for my parents. It was a good overall experience where samples were collected next day from appointment and reports were delivered before 4 pm same evening. Their report is very professionally designed and easy to understand with precautions and remidies as additional benefit. Overall satisfied.

Pathetic , unprofessional. No intercommunication . Very very bad experience. I didnt receive my invoice andReports on my mail inspite of paying full payment. If you call Delhi centre , they will refer you to Chandigarh and vice versa. The client becomes pim pom ball. I think they should discontinue service if thay cant menage it.

Worst experience with this so hyped lab. What is the use of receiving reports after the date of appointment with doctor. Even after persuance number of like 10-12 a day, u get only one answer- sir I will arrange a call back within 10 mins. My father Sh. Gurcharan Singh got gave samples but dint get the reports even after calling 10 to es a day. Even after so much persuasion u never get a call back and no reports. Pathetic service and u never know if they actually perform tests 😡 I wont recommend this pathcare lab. Rather try Tarun labs in sector 46, Dr lal path labs or any other small labs in Chandigarh. They are cheaper, professionally sound and services are very satisfying.

Satisfied nice service accurate report

I, Mukesh Khullar and my wife got their Rs.999/- lab tests package and gave blood semples on 19th June. They promised to deliver the hard copy of tests next day evening. But after two days I called them that I have not received the tests report. I got reply that I will get report on 23rd June. Again after repeated reminders I received only my test report on 26th June. (Thats after a week). After two more calls I received my wifes report on 29 th June 2019. Very pathetic customer service.

Very very poor coordination between themselve.I booked an apointment one day before for vaaccination for my son and time was fixed as 10 am.Till 10.15 am no one turned up .when I called the concerned person he told me that the job has not ben assigned to them.It was great inconvenience to me.Lack professionalism and in service also.

Very poor service. i booked the appointment for 2nd of Sept. 7 a:m, nobody came and when i called 3-4 times they said if we we can postpone it for tomorrow as their collection guy isnt reachable. After tests, I Called them for the reports, no response and i hvnt gt any reports yet.Pathetic serivces

I got the tests done at wellness pathcare chandigarh and it was a very bad experience.The technician who came to collect the blood sample did not have change and just because I had to pay 100 rs they dis not send the reports on my mail and after a couple of phone calls they delivered the hard copy the next day. These guys are not proffesional. The reports were so important as the Dr. had to be consulted asap.

They don’t bother about clients. Rajnish is very ill mannered
