Before take treatment please read this review.Clinic is very good and I have take treatment from here when I was approach Cosmo care clinic with my colleague who has take treatment from here and his result was nice so that I was decide I will also take treatment from this clinic and my colleague and me went there and meet with medical advisor Miss payal Maam and finally deal was done with 2 prp ,one is treatment day and second was after 45 days of my treatment.and the same package was earlier given by Miss Payal to my colleague and she told me same package they will give me. Finally I got treatment from Cosmo hair clinic and when I approach after 45 days of my treatment for my 2nd free PRP to there follow-up team they suggested me please ask to Miss PAYAL because I take treatment from her reference.okay that I called to miss payal and I told for my 2nd free PRP then she says its not free prp you have to pay ,then I recognized her that day when appointment was fixed with 2 free PRP.Then she says you told my name at their reception and they will take free 2 PRP .Next Day I went there clinic and I says this is my 2 nd Free PRP to clinic Receptionist and they called to Miss PAYAL & inform to her about my second Free PRP and MISS PAYAL says that this is not Free PRP and pay 2500/- so that I approach to Dr. Rahul Goyal Sir and finally I got free PRP. I was spoil my 5 hours from 10 am to 3 pm on 09 OCT 21 due to irresponsible & miss guide by Miss PAYAL. I suggest to all guys who wants to take treatment from here please be careful about this type of happing due to approach of irresponsible and unsuitable medical advisor like Miss PAYAL.I humble request to Dr. Goyal sir please advice to your staff specially Miss PAYAL.It should be not repeated for other people.because time is very precious.can Miss Payal return my 5 hours.Except this inconvenience my review is good for Cosmo Hair clinic.Thank you!

They dont know how to manage time. They should have a proper time manager so customers should come at proper time and should not wait for 12 hours. We came at morning at 10 AM oclock and they finish at 10:30 PM. And we missed new year celebration. In simple word they dont know how to manage the customer and their Timing.
