I call MG Chandigarh and requested to test drive the new Astor car. I was amazed at how the sales people speak to prospective customers. Trust me I have been at Hyundai and even BMW. Pankaj from the team speaks to you in such an arrogant fashion that you feel like not talking and taking a test drive at all of their product. They seriously need to teach their team some manners.

Worst service and dealing I booked MG for my sisters marriage and paid 50k booking amount, when called them 15days prior to wedding they said we cannot give your car because of shortage.Damn how can the do so when booking amount is already paid and they didn’t have courtesy to inform me I called them up just to check what date they are delivering. On top of that while refunding booking amount they charged 500 as an cancelled amount.

Thinking that MG Aster is available and to take a test ride I went there. But the car is still to be launched in India. MG ZS E variant was available which is a sibling of Aster. But I am looking for a petrol car so didnt take the test ride if the electric one.

A smooth experience in purchasing an SUV from here . The Manager and the whole team is simply awesome in dealing with customers. The professional approach and no hidden costs make it an ideal place to buy from. Being located within Elante mall is a plus too.

Worst dealership they have no interest if person is interested in car or not they never revert even .They promise the test drive and call backs but never revert.

Overall car experience is good but there are less variants of models,so it becomes difficult to have a wide knowledge.

Bakwas staff bakwas dealing. Not proper commitments. Very bad dealing they didn’t given the car on date even payment not defunded yet after a week of cancellation.

Excellent car and very good mg dealers and polite and friendly. And the quality and the features of mg hector has nowhere in any other car. And those who said that mg hector is not good as jeep because they cant own by themselve

The receptionist on the front table was pretty professional, other than that rest of the salesmen were very rude and negligent. Nobody was willing me to show me the car I wanted to look at. Especially PANKAJ one of their salesman was so weird and arrogant. I had booked a test drive and after waiting for 30 minutes Pankaj denied me to even get inside the car and see. Before coming here I test drove Toyota Fortuner and Ford Endeavour. Id surely buy one of them after my experience today. Thank you Mr. Pankaj. Keep your car and ego to yourself!

The Receptionist was really nice, but the customer service agent who handled us (Mr Pankaj) was incredibly rude and untrained, which caused us to change our minds about buying the MG Gloster Savvy. Try to avoid him while visiting the showroom.

Pathetic experience dealing with this dealer. The whole staff right from manager to receptionist (and all the idiots in between) seem disinterested in showing the car let alone providing a test drive. With this attitude I wonder how would they survive in this customer satisfaction driven industry. Suggest to go to the dealer in Mohali instead.

The car is awesome but I am really annoyed with the behaviour of the employees of the showroom. The sales representative did not attend us. We asked him to show us the interior of the car approximately 10 times but he seemed to be deaf. Moreover, we made the point very clear that we are sure to buy the car on cash as in when the booking will begin..he seemed non interested.. this was not at all expected from a new showroom who is yet to make an impression in the market when harrier, creta and seltos are in competition..highly highly NOT recommended showroom service....
