Poor show. Had to take my vehicle twice for same defects. They are only interested in good feedbacks without rectifying defects. Extremely disappointing !

Poor and slow service and inappropriate behaviourOnly go incase you have enough time to waste.I booked appointment for 11:15 for servicing and reached there by 11:00’o clock. Staff member Sahil told me the service will take 2-3 hours as they do alot of things in service like filter, oil, change, ac check, gear and break check, all sensors check etc. etc. n said it will be done by 2-2:30 pm. but i have to wait till 5pm, still service was not started.Then I talked to their Manager and she asked like give them 45 minutes more and they will do oil change and filters change. I asked what about other things, which was there in your long list, she said that are not important.That broke my trust with their service and found they are just looting in the name of service. Also, I asked them what is the use of giving appointment at 11:15 when you cant even start 3 hours later of appointed time. She said, No use. We just have to take in more and more cars for service.I found their behaviour very casual to their profession and not valuing the customers and their time.Before this car, I owned two cars of different brands, Honda and volkswagon, but never feld this kind of experience. Their after sales service is very good and mahindra is nothing compared to them.

Very poor professionals no one is worried to attend the the visitors only busy in xuv700 which is not launched yet. Contacted 3 staff persons but not attended for 30 mins. Literally says they lost one of immediate customer who is came ready to invest 14 lacs as XUV300.👎

Never never never and never become a prey of this dealership,,They are just eager to create booking, on false promises.Then they stop responding to calls and messages, wether is sales boy manager or any person in the group created (by them) on watsapp,,Then reasoning starts that Sir t&c apply,,When applied for refund promised date was with in 3 days,, still after 15 days,, nothing in hand....Worse worst dealership seen in tricity...Big big big zero for you all working at harbir automobile..May you all be harassed , and tortured like u all have done to me...

Very unprofessional behaviour as 1st their HR confirm me about the job selection. Just before the day I had to join there,HR gave me a msg for selecting someone else in my place. I need to ask them what kind of professionalism is this. This is how u guys hired personnel ,really very bad.Dont deserve a single star for hiring skills.

Hi, i would like to post review about mahindra thar, today i went to enquire about mahindra thar but i was really surprised to see the waiting period which is 1 year.. this is really a pathetic service given by mahindra, i mean such a big company and not be able to produce enough cars so that waiting period can be reduced. It was my first experience with mahindra, today i went to book mahindra thar but as per the waiting period i am forced to look for some other options..I would like to suggest everyone that just take the test drive and fulfill ur dreams, and once ur dream fufills move ahead to force gurkha or any other options which are far more better than this..

I have purchased XUV 500 , what really stands out of me is service given by Mr Akshay Kumar and Mr Tej Pratap singh. Both were extremely proffessional , sincere and well articulated in there communication. Akshay explained very well all information about the car and was very effecient in doing all the paper work in regards to the purchase. It was ultimate experience with Harbir Auto specially the sales person Mr. Rajkumar he was very supportive informative and very quick to answer the queries raised by us . As I call to enquire in agency, they did not attend well,A rude lady told buy car in your area. As I told in my area there is waiting period is about 2.5 months . She told they dont sell cars outside of there territory.I told it is Mahindra policy that an indian citizen which is not chandigarh residennt can not buy a Mahindra car in harbir automobile Mahindra chandigarh .Her answer was YES ,also she said this Mahindra policy is on internet.Dera Mahindra kindly advise .And if it is your policy , kindly change for atleast indian citizens.Thanks

I had purchased Mahindra TUV-300 (T-8) and in exchange offer the alto car having registration No.CH-04B-2624 was hand over to the Mahindra Harbir Automobile Pvt. Ltd. Plot No.182/84 in year 2017.However, till date registration of the vehicle is not transferred on the name of current user.Its shame.

The car was delivered seamlessly and in flawless condition. All timelines were adhered by the sales and delivery team . They took care of all registration procedure and everything was done as per my requirement.

Sales staff is ok but vehicle availability is a big issue due to Covid times. Even vehicles are not available for display. Lead times are too large. Wonder how service will happen due to non availability of spares.
