One of the best Taxi experience I had in India with them. Very professional driver and super comfy & neat cars. I had hired an Innova crysta for my 7 nights trip to Rajasthan. Our driver Mr Raj Kumar is gem of a person, very polite and full of patience. There were at times during the sight seeing where car had to go in narrow lanes through old city but he was always calm and never showed any sign impatience which I had never experienced with other cab companies. Driving was top notch and very controlled. Never ever felt any reckless driving. At the end of our trip I had plans to pay a visit to my relatives in city before leaving for airport and Mr Raj offered to wait for another two hours despite straight 8 hours of night drive and then finally dropped us at airport on time. I am extremely satisfied with the service of Black Taxi. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. pricing is a little on the higher side(1-2rs per km) when compared to others but trust me it is all worth specially when you are doing longer trips. 👍👍💯

I had booked the service for travel from New Delhi to Himachal. The car was very clean, all covid related protocols were followed, the driver was professional, well versed in Hindi/English, also very helpful. I was travelling with a 2 year old child and a long journey would not have been possible so comfortably without the support from driver. We had to take multiple halts and our driver chose the best, safest places keeping the child’s needs in minds. There were water bottles and snacks adequately available for such a long journey. Best for long family trips. Overall a very good experience and I would like to book and recommend black taki in future as well.

Very impressed with service - took a black taxi Chandigarh to Mandi - a 7 hr journey - while the road is a bit crazy with trucks and many turns the driver was super calm and drove expertly - and the taxi was brand new spacious and very comfortable - I will be using again for sure - I’m from Uk and did this journey once before in a taxi I booked from Chandigarh airport and it was nowhere near as comfortable or pleasant - we paid 7000r for the black taxi and had went for the suv option as I new it would be the best way to travel - thanks again , will use again 💯

Had a very average experience with them. Definitely not as good as the reviews. Car music system was broken, commitments made before booking were not honoured etc. Only good thing was that the driver Sunny was cooperative. Their charges are also on the higher side compared to what other companies charge but just because of good reviews, I chose them.

Thank you for providing taxi from New Delhi to chandigarh @3500/- inclusive of all taxes. I am sharing my experiences of the journey which I had with your driver yesterday.1) the vehicle was not belonging to your company but you assured that drivers provided by your company even though provided from outside are professional but it was not so observed during journey.2) from muruthal to panchkula the vehicle was run too fast that he reached in three hours from muruthal to panchkula.3) the windows were not closed even where road was under construction after start of journey from muruthal4( music was played at full speed causing noise nuisance even though he was knowing a small kid of two and half years was travelling with us.5) journey from derabassi to panchkula was terrible...driving vehicle via mubarakpur, dhakoli etc. Instead of going straight either via Zirakpur or using flyover and taking u turn from airport chowk .So, take care of such small things while engaging vehicles from other companies.

11/10 service! Traveled recently and even with COVID-19 being very scary, this ride made it very comfortable. They had all sorts of sanitizing measures in the car and with the driver and took proper care of hygiene. The driver was quite familiar to the route so the ride was very smooth and quick apart from being safe and comfortable. I took Ciaz and it was quite spacious. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent service, the cabs are new, very clean, plus they provide refreshments inside the cars..the owner is extremely cooperative. The driver is excellent in his driving, you have a very smooth, comfortable travel although some roads in India are not so good. We had very good conversation with the driver, he is a good tourist guide too in some cities. Most important the prices for the services offered are quite low as compared to the other agencies. I strongly recommend you to try this taxi service, i am sure you will be happy and fully satisfied.

Unforgettable trip, amazing energy, OUTSTANDING service. I went on a trip from Chandigarh through the Himalayas with a small group of friends. I signed up thinking it would be a leisurely journey with pretty views, and legitimately ended up pulling back into Chandigarh feeling as if my life had been forever changed. Our driver, who treated us as if we were family, was incredibly knowledgeable of the route. He drove in a swift and confident manner, even through the stretches of the route that most people would deem unnavigable. We experienced two unforeseen events, both of which our driver handled with finesse. The first was rushing water across a highly elevated stretch of the road, and the second was a snow squall at equally high elevation. Though I am deathly afraid of heights, I felt incredibly safe and secure with our driver behind the wheel. This company is so much more than a taxi service; it is a true gem as evidenced by the lasting connections I have forged as a result of having hired them.

I took the cab ( Innova Crysta) from Gurgaon to Chandigarh. The person who took the booking was very polite and professional. Have to say, it was definitely the safest I’ve ever felt when driving around indian cities. Indian roads can be dangerous but my driver took care and skillfully avoided bad drivers pulling out in front of him. The driver was also very helpful with making sure I found exactly the right places I wanted to see, even researching the spots I wanted to go whilst I ate lunch and then getting out to show me the way if I needed to walk. The car interiors were clean and comfy, I even fell asleep! They provided pillows and snacks and water too. The easiest way to see a city if you have lots of places to go.
