Wont even rate it 1 star this place is full of unprofessionals. I took my shih tzu to them for normal grooming but came back with big injury, my baby dog got 3 *stitches* person who trimmed my pet’s hair doesn’t know where the skin is and he chopped my dog’s skin with scissors. I told this to the owner then and there only he simply said you pay the grooming charges and take your pet to vet asap (i mean like they asked to me to pay for chopping my dog’s leg). They didn’t even provided the dog with necessary emergency medication.

Staff is very rude and they talk like they want to fight with you always argue with you....ONLY SPEAKS GOOD...BUT HE IS OWNER THATS why spekas goos..

Highly disappointed.. would never recommend.. Had contacted them to get a shihtzu baby.. they sold a pup stating it was above 45days.. irrespective of asking many times.. the pup is very week and under age... really disappointing. Atleast dont run behind money and put a life in danger...

Very nice grooming..guy is very expert in cutting n grooming services as mine pet is very aggressive and never allows other person to touch!! His session was done in max half an hour!! Highly recommended 😊

Owners are sweet but the person in charge of grooming is very ill mannered, unprofessional and lacks experience. i had to stand in the hot room with the guy because he needed help throughout the haircut. not even happy with the job he did. never coming here again.

During this covid-19 , had called their concerned person for a trim of my golden retriever . Completely shaved him !!! Will take months for the hair to grow back . Bad Service !!

Reasonable charges. Good services. Didnt have an AC where they groomed my dog so it got really hot and stuffy for all of us, 2 humans and one dog.

Today I had the worst possible experience when I went for grooming of my cat. The person was ignorant and untrained. He had no idea what to do. He left the cat wet, shivering, bleeding with a large injury to its foot due to a heavy chain he tied to the poor pet, he did not clip its nails not cleaned its ears. The towels were dirty and wet. Very unpleasant experience!
