They keep their customers wait for hours and when out of frustration customer leave the salon they dont even have courtesy to say sorry and dont even bother.. thanks not not giving services.. I got beautiful hair cut from hair master without even waiting for 5 mins . Best salon in tricity is only hair master..

I visited the place for my toddlers haircut..i was a bit skeptical initially, as this was her first haircut but the staff at the salon made her feel at home .They were very gentle and polite .She dozed off on the chair unluckily and her head fell which interfered with the cutting. They didnt let this deter them and held her head up all throughout till it was done.It came out beautiful.Great service and very professional indeed.

They have a lot to offer except the basic service like haircut/colors, got my haircut/color/beard trimmed, everything was kind of ok ok!! Not worth the price I paid!! Color is visible on the scalps, they told its ammonia free however it was with ammonia and I felt the itching of of the chemical, Also it didn’t cover all the grays!! Beard also he spoiled!! I am definitely not going there again!!

The worst hair wash of my life. I have really long and thick hair so getting a hair wash done from the salon every week is routine. I have gotten my hair washed from salons all around the globe. But affinity sector 9 is easily the worst. The guy washing my hair was so raw and was bashing my head for reasons I don’t understand, he washed my hair and then switched on the dryer for 2min and told me it was done and then when he dropped the hair clips he had no remorse in picking them up from the floor and putting them into my “washed” hair. To my horror he believed that a hair wash meant just that washing n the client could leave. I was dreading not taking the few extra steps to hair masters. After I left the salon my hair was still extremely wet from the back so I guess wash and DRY is a concept lost on the salon.

Got my smoothening and keratin done from here and results turned out to be very unsatisfactory after my own wash at home. Not worth paying good sum here for smoothening and I guess keratin too.

The biggest and the best affinity ever visited. I have been a die hard looks patron.. so only been to few affinitys. However this one was their best. They also have a separate floor for spa.

Gone very down hill, badly managed, salon staff and products are sub standard, dont waste your money. Also many times they have messed about on the bill overcharging and got caught. Worn out towels and used towels supplied in the spa, run down showers with fungus growing. Spa appointments never managed properly. At one point we use to buy the biggest packages, we stopped even going now and would never go back. I hope the owners read this at some point and try and understand why things have gone wrong. Feel sorry for the staff working, they complain about the management at the front desk and how they dont pay salaries and how they are treated. Avoid.

I went there for simple trimming of my hair and I dont know what he turned my hair into. The guy who was blow drying my hair looked like he was doing that for the first time. I will not recommend it.
