Clearly a FRAUD. Will ask for 9 rs to be transferred via agoogle pay link. Then will send a Google spreadsheet which will capture all your data. Stand to lose big amounts if you fill this.

You never got the exact status of your courier, customer care never pick the call. They keep changing status by there own: wrong pin code, Custmore requsted for future delivery ext.

I have been trying to get my package from these horrible horrible people for nearly 7 days, for all of this time it has been lying in their warehouse. They keep updating status as customer requested future delivery when no one requested such a thing. Completely inefficient, called customer service to report and they promised delivery next day. Not done. Went to their sector 8 office which sent the warehouse an email. Nothing done. They never answer any phones. Complete Kafkaesque nightmare. Hope they shut down soon.

I dont know why they called themselves as a one of the top most courier company, whereas they dont even desreve to be in last, even they dont deserve to be called as courier company,they take so much amount for sending small parcel rather than other courier companies and send very late, they promises that they will be delivering in 3 or 4 days but no its totally fake, once you sent the courier you cant do anything, not a single thing you can do why because there is a flase tracking that will always show you only one details, there is no one where you can contact and ask for help, and also there is no one there in office local, who will help you with your parcel, I am not writing this because i have some personal issue with them, i am writing this just because before you choose this courier just think twice

Worst service. They do not send courier to the address. They dont even contact to customer on mobile. They should close bluedart and should sit at home. Worst worst very worst company.

A person asked me for a payment of Rs9 and then sent a google form to enter UPI details which was fake.Please dont use this number for any queries related to BLUE DART

I order a product from smytten and they sent my product back by saying its a wrong address they even don;t contacted me just message me through internet.
