It has only one window for enquiry. Wait time usually is 45 minutes to 90 minutes to reach window. There is no time for public dealing where one can freely meet Public relation officers. Gaurds wont allow to meet any employee and tell public to take pass from window. There is no public facilitation office where public can meet officers with online or offline appointment.The department is not public friendly in short. General public continue to be harassed and no one cares. Officers should work towards making it transparent and citizen friendly. When you call on numbers displayed they wont be of much help either.

Very Poor response. Big ZERO. No follow up or bother by any Senior Officials about working style of staff dealing with public. Issues remain pending for long time. Even grievances DECLRARED resolved or closed at their own end without any satisfaction, giving vague comments like forward to concerned section officer. After that no follow up/feedback. Sorry to sayThis is called Pure Government jobs without any fear, no responsibility/no answerability.

We are following up for EPF residual dues and certification for last 10 years but no response from EPFO every time they raise one or other query and no resolution is provided. While PMO is very keen to provide pension to citizens here we face lot of trouble in getting our legitimate dues. DIPAK DAVE

Incompitent folks are sitting in this office and moreover they are least intrested to solve a problem of any person who comes to them and Ice on the cake is they even dont know the pf transfer rules from old oraganisation to new employer.If someone submits cheque from old employer to tarnsfer pf in epfo office then they ask idiotic questions like is this cheque is real or fake.Cant they identify by theirselves that cheque fake or real by looking througly at it, if they are not then i am sorry to say this they did not learn anything from their job after serving for many years.if their is an option to give zero rating I would definately give them big zero.

U have to wait for 5-6 months after submitting your documents for any corrections of date of birth,name,gender,etc...no work is done at time..very long ques always there.u have to wait 1_2 hours for your turn..no guarantee of your work ... employees nature is too rough.. nobody is there to listen your matter....u have to visit 5_6 times for one work....very very bad experience ....shame on government of india.and epfo office

In official site of EPFO there is option for contact us where 5 to 6 landline nos. for contacting office. But no one is picking any call.

They are rude govt employees frustrated from daily public meeting and dont talk properly to give any information.they are like just wander around our office but we are not going to talk to him its not our problem stuff like that there should be a good enquiry arrangementhope you like itAnd it is near Taj hotel backside road and 100 metres ahead of sector 17 post office right side of park adjoining building frontier raas.
