I am from Bhabat, Zirakhpur. There service ws very good untill the last month. I never faced any issue before that. However, from last 20 days internet speed is very unstable during the peak hours as well as during day. I informed them and they send the technician to change the modem but it didnt solve the problem, then they changed modem again which again did not resolve the problem. Problem still continue with the sudden drop in speed probably 20 times in a day.

I live in Zirakpur. I agree that sometimes there is a network issue but that can be managed and they resolve as soon as possible. They really work hard to give us the best services. Whenever I find any issue I contact to the concern person and he always answer my query which I really appreciate also I wanna add that the speed they give is quite good.In My Area there is only two network available i.e Swift and Netplus and I must say Swift is far better than Netplus.

I live in Zirakpur.Internet service is below average. From last 3 months their customer service has been very poor.Late response to customer complaints is major issue. They dont even bother to pickup the customers call.Their internet service runs smoothly only for 2-3 days in a week.
