Initially the construction work was at full swing but unfortunately due to Covid pandemic the construction came to a stand still and we came in depression but the sales team and the managerial staff never let us down. They all are extremely professional and very responsive. All is well that ends well and after all the ordeals, we got the possession of our flat in Sushma valencia in the month of June21. We had good experience while we visit sushma Valencia 3 years back. We booked an apartment in Valencia in August 2018.The sales team was very good and professional. The construction quality of apartment is very good.The CRM team was very helpful during these 3 years. We took the possession on 10th July and Ankit managed the things very well. Ankit was a real support from my purchase of apartment to possession.

I have a different experience with Sushma Buildtech Ltd. Usually a builder has a bad name in our Society but trust me I have a very pleasant experience with SBL. My son bought a unit at Sushma Grande Nxt and like others I too faced some problems after the unit was bought. I would like to share an incident. Everyone is aware that after the introduction of GST the tax rates of buying flats were revised from 4% to 12% . 2-3 years later guidelines were issued by Govt. Of India that since builders were getting refund on purchase of raw material, therefore, burden of additional tax should not be applied on customers. Taking cognizance of the guidelines SBL immediately issued the credit note of the difference that I had paid extra as tax.I thank you SBL for supporting me for any problem that came in my way.Ravinder Nath.

Sushma grande. Maintenance staff is worst and doesnt work on your complaints. Stray dogs even come to the 5th floor. Poor maintenance and poor staff. Very unprofessional. Company must treat the hard water into soft water. Hard water causes severe probelms like hairfall, bad skin and depletes essential oil of skin. Mailed them but they didnt reply. Everyone must write to them to look into this problem at the earliest. One cannot even live here due to hard water. We can install ro for drinking purpose but what about bathing,etc... I know this is natural process but at least company should treat the water to soft water.. One cannot even live without good water ..
