There was not an option to give ratings in negative, otherwise I would have gone for that. I went to the retailer on 11-12-2020 and asked for the brother printer and he assured me that it will be delivered by the evening. I kept on waiting but the same was delivered on 13-12-2020. They didnt even bothered to inform me or update me regarding the status. I have to call them myself enquiring about the same. Talking about the installation part, today is 15-12-2020, and it has still not been installed and they are asking me wait for one more day. The dealing guy named Rohit Arora seems very unprofessional and was very rude in talking when I tried to reach him over the phone. The kind of service they have provided me is unprofessional, pathetic and unbearable.

Yesterday for first time visited this store, we bought a gimbal and explored many more things about camera. Owner uncle is such a humble and down to earth personality. Prices are v.good as compare to ither stores in the same market. Planning to buy my next camera from the same place.They are having so many gadgets and cameras.
