- no proactive communication from any staff or the office. They seem to be least bothered about customer and almost always leave u with the impression that u r being ignored.- work style is like super old times...they need to pump in new dynamic fresh minds who understand the meaning of transparency, committment, customer delight and should learn from companies like amazon, flipkart etc.- no value for money in case of flats...can u imagine the wall of the flat be a kind of bend on one side...the finishing is poor, the possessions are being given without even making sure that plumbing work is finished or not so if the customer doesnt check then customer will have to spend time getting it done by doing multiple follow ups.- flat construction quality is poor and possessions r being given without lift, parking space, parking lights etc. The electricity meters r hanging on wall without any cabinet- the lift area is left open and any time an accident can occur...inspite of multiple reminders there has been no action...Worst part is that the staff, builder is still living in the world where they have the belief that the house construction keeps on going for ages...(old beliefs)...they need to understand that the world has moved on. Its high time they change the mindset and focus on delivering quality...-the property overall is overly priced ..better to shift to some other gated community specially in todays time when everything is remote and there is no major advantage of being near to chandigarh
