Mr Gaurav,Yours IELTS coaching centre is good for all aspects but only IELTS classes are the best thing that is given there.Staff who give training to students are best else everyone there is to do time pass.Mr Samandeep who is Manager there doesnt know how to treat students.Tell me one thing Mr Gaurav if a student has done IELTS from your centre cant he/she come and greet the trainers.And he doesnt know anything about how to treat the queries of students.Second no of his partner in filing students Mrs Anisha she doesnt know exactly what to offer a student to study abroad, I mean they post their own perspective on students.I told them for to do filing for Canada but for the first 2 months they forced me to apply for Australia I dont know why.These two persons are there to pass there time and they dont have any knowledge which can help students.I request you to have a thorough discussion and make your centre good.I will end up with saying for these two act that they act like an old aunt of a village who wants to know about every details who is meeting whom and what are they talking about.Really disappointed by the professionalism of these two.I think that your centre is running from the coaching classes only because I have knowledge that the students taking coaching from your centre goes to other agents for filing.
