Pros: The Sales executives they have employed are as cooperative as they could get.Cons: The biggest one would face would be a payment issue. The Owner is super arrogant and does not know how to behave properly. There is no arrangement for payment through UPI.If you present your card, they would ask to charge you 3% above the applicable rate and not mention it in your invoice even.Definitelt NOT recommendable!

To be honest I have very bad experience . I had to buy acer predator for college and particularly speaking of all shops in sector 20 . The person didn’t even talk and cut the phone sayin “mujhe pata nhi sir”.Sounded rude to me idk about you … but I’d never suggest to buy from such people who don’t even care for the customer

Nice showroom. Good service support by the executives. Specially their way of explaining the offers and features of the product. The location is very easy and convenient, free parking is a boom. But if coming on a car, avoid evening 5-7pm timing because you may get it difficult to get way out of traffic because of heavy traffic on roads.

When I went to them within the warranty period, they just updated the software. But when I went there just after a month after the warranty period, they told me to change the motherboard itself for the same problem. They just wanna make money. Please stay away from getting your laptop repaired here. Gave lenovo ideapad for screen repair, after 4 days they gave back my laptop in worse condition. Deep scratches on the body panels, screws missing and still not working screen.
