Worst organization to work. Its a company run by oldies who wont even listen to their subordinates and on a harrasment case the hr will blame u and ask u to leave the company. Pathetic

Amazing place to work and grow with. I have been associated with them for more than an year and realized that the values we seldom talk about in professional paradigm do exist at few workplaces. The opportunities to grow are tremendous and the team is wonderfully helpful. Be it a fresher or an experienced lad, all are given equal opportunities and totally depends on how good an individual is to make best use of it. Before joining the company i was a bit worried with few reviews online but soon i realized you cannot judge a book by its cover and that too when the cover is being put on by those few who would be unable to grow anywhere. Be it people, infrastructure, work culture, environment or any perquisites, BCI brand value excels plenty major names within tricity. The low attrition rate and the financial health of the company even during the harsh times of pandemic are something i personally have been proud of apart from the social causes that BCI management has always supported.

1. shift time is more then 9 hours. 4:45pm to 3:00am2. no national holidays3. security deduction while joining4. PF twice dedication5. single woman in HR.6. office gate will be lock during to the office hours.7. no canteen... but tamboo wala dhaba in office ground.8. no sugar powder... only chini for tea.9. drink tea or coffee only in paper cup bcs in person cup you will get extra quantity.10.. lol many more .. can’t type all

The worst organization of tricity with pathetic work culture . This organisation tortures its employees . The union of oldies dont allow new people to grow. The delivery head is full of attitude and has no managerial skills and do cheap politics against employees who questions his wrongdoings. He misuses his power.
