Poor working. Many times fault occured in past 5 months. Plus assistance arrives when your patience is over. I dont recommend this camera. Once they replaced the faulty camera, but second one again created problems. I reported it but no response.

FAKE FAKE FAKEThis company is just a fraud or fake, They not even provide the offer letter to the candidate and gave a false promise that, we will give you on Monday, then on Wednesday and on Friday and so on.He hire you by giving big big commitments and then day by day he pressurize you by the work and If you discontinue the job.He will not pay you the salary and not even respond to your messages.He did the same with my wife. I was in need of an Electronic door lock for my house. I contacted these guys by seeing their online rating but they proved to be hopeless people beyond my expectation as till today they could not even tell me whether they can fulfil my requirement or not.Without even showing me the actual product, they asked me to deposite 50% advance payment which I did within 10 minutes through Paytm. They promised to fix the lock next day by 11am. Nobody turned up on the promised time nor they were giving any clue till the next two days. I asked them to refund my money which they did.Again I contacted some other person of the company who promised to look after my requirement. Its been a week now and got only a vague message that my request is processing. I dont know what kind of business they do and how they are getting good ratings. Doesnt deserve even a single star.

Such a worst experience i had. The product and installation was ok but in they have shown such an unprofessional behavior i.e. bill was provided to me after more than 1.5 month from the date of purchase. whenever i tried to contact the selling agents who dealed with me they use to give nonsense excuses and after some time they started ignoring my calls and messages. The time i warned to file the complaint to the consumer court then they made effort and provided bill.i am having complete proof of my above written statement, who so ever is doubtful can contact me any time.
