Acer Mall SCO 54, Sec 20 D Chandigarh (Microzone) dont believe in customer service and satisfaction. They are only interested in sales of there products. When you visit this place to buy a new laptop they will give you fabulous service as you are a bakra for them but if you visit this place again for any assistance regarding any problem in your laptop, they dont recognize you. I purchased a laptop from this place and it started giving problems within one year. Whenever I visit this place for any assistance they dont bother to attend your problem. There attitude is we are here for sales and you cant do anything if we dont care to provide you any service. I have a very bad experience with there attitude therefore anybody planning to visit this place please visit on your own risk and only GOD can help you.
