They are worse matrimony service people. They talk so big and follow too much before registration but once you register, they do not even attend calls or reply mails. Gave us dates to send profiles but sent profiles with girls years elder to our son and also exactly opposite to what we mentioned in form. I suggest not fall prey to their ads, publicity or followup.

I found my soul-mate through Wedding Wish Pvt. Ltd..lot of Thanks Wedding Wish for providing lots of option and giving me such a loving partner.

I enrolled for service of this company for my brother and subscribed package of worth 51000 INR. After they receive payment then this company has worst CUSTOMER service and full of excuses everyday.I enrolled around 5.5 Months ago and no result so far.The dont even reply you on time after taking payment and whenever you call them then they dont even pick call with registered phone number with them and then you have to call from other number if you want to speak with them.After that, they pass call to new person always.Till now, I have connected with 6 Employees of the team and each one come up with new excuse.I even applied for REFUND 2.5 months ago but they will tell you that they are doing and you will have a result in 4-5 days.I called Manager Vibha of this company with whom I met first time and she told me that amount will be refunded with some deduction on 21st August,2020 and now phone is SWITCHED OFF and no one is there to attend thisI am going to reach out to customer court for this company now as I dont want other people also loose there money like I did and waste time and energy.I request everyone that make sure to have an agreement with this company before subscribing to the service and take minimum package service if you want to.Moreover, they dont even send the profiles as per initial commitment and then send random profiles just to achieve the target and make a fool of customer.This is my experience so far with them.I am attaching document for PROOF of my service as well and discussion with Manager Vibha.

We got a call from Wedding Wish Pvt. Ltd , then my mom and dad visits wedding wish office, because my family is searching a perfect match for me. Then they ask which type of girl we are looking for. We have a quick discussion with them and then they show us two profiles for free similar to our requirements. We were impressed and became their member.After 1 months from membership we got a profile which was similar to our requirements. very soon we are getting engaged. Fraudulent company .. They upload fake profiles. And make the customer crazy. It has been a year. I received a membership. But they have not shown any correct profile yet. When we speak from the family for a conference. So lets not get it done. Make excuses every time. Every time someone talks a new person. Their staff also changes. We mailed many times but never received a proper response. From their side, we are very fed up. Their reviews have been posted by their employees.

Even I had very bad experience with my sister. They take all the money in one go and used to send boys with deformity or mental disorder and others were just not as per requirement. I sent them several mails that informing them that they have acceded to send profile of Govt. Employee and all the profiles they send were of contract employees not even regular govt. employee. only two Govt employee profiles were sent one of them had huge physical deformity and other one had mental disorder. I would also note here that when I put bad review on their facebook page, they blocked me. They take feedback videos from customer even before they send profiles to them to deceive others. They had also been slapped with a fine by consumer Court. Beware. They hv a dedicated team to counter genuine reviews to increase their ratings on fake reviews. After every genuine bad review there r several 4 or 5 star fake reviews.

Either they do not show you that kind of groom or bride and also always shows incomplete and unverified profiles. Only ugly Boys and girls they have. I searched for a simple boy but never found one. Very lengthy process of the form, you will get tired filling the form and they did not provide you the copy of form and your requirements / demand from other side. All girls and boys Wedding wish are stupid, over clear and unprofessional staff.
