Department is vety irresponsible even phone no not working. City becomes jungles but they are sleeping. Officers must be accountable towards their duties.
Not taking action we are trying from past 10 months very irresponsible staff. We are complaining for a eucalyptus tree which caused so much damage in past but they all are concerned with their salaries only.
I believe that have their limitations being a government department and a serious shortage of staff but I felt they were very cooperative and helpful and did whatever to help and understand our problems, within their means.

The worst horticulture department is in sector 23...we complained for so many times for prooning of trees near us which trouble us a lot..we complained orally as well as in written also...but they dont listen..even the staff is so rude..poor staff
