For dine in place is aways crowded at nights quick service is of no use, they dont have enough sitting arrangement.Dont go there in hurry i have noticed so many people who ordered first and there is no vacant seat available.Worst choice for take away if you want to carry a big meal with drinks and ice cream.I ordered,..1. a single veg whooper2. Two meals which carries* Four veg whooper* Four drinks* Four Ice creamsfor take away..At the time my order displayed ready,I counted they forget to pack the extra whopper.thank god I counted it before leavingBecause the man on the counter was saying that all.Their basket for carrying the drinks are made of worst quality cardboard material and poorly designed, it holds the disposal cups inclined the drinks keep spiling out once started walking, It make the cardboard so wet, once that cardboard soak the drink it just fell off into pieces.I cant make it to the home sadly.,because most of the drink in already come out showering on my clothes.better then throwing, I decided to drink whatever is left in it. it tastes like zero calories pepsi or coke(If they are serving a zero calorie drink they should ask first, if not maybe they are surely adding water with ice)Perhaps, zero calorie soft drinks are more dangerous to healthThe worst part,The boy on the counter insist me to buy the meal for take away and i agreed because It was for my family.In elante food court they serve ice creams on a saprate space.When I reach there to get it the boy there told me the ice cream is not for take away they dont have the caps for the cups,.I was very Furious at that time, but because I dont want to ruined someones day by argument I decided to leave.**I have transfer that 4 cups into 2 and then cover them with the empty one you can check my photos with this review***Worst management they should have told to the customers with take away orders while selling the meal, how can one take something to the home without covering it.(Dont blindly trust or depend on management keep an eye on your ordered items and if your order is take away, this review is for you form my personal experience.)

Fresh? Fries? DONT RETAIN OIL.Under cooked fries .. complaint and they changed to super oily fries quality...CANT EAT , with missing ingredients from classic burger.

Love the mutton burger...awesome!Something missing though or maybe I just couldnt locate it, either ways, something for BK to look into is to setup online order, pay, and pickup from the store so that people can avoid standing in the queues, too close to each other...something similar to what McDonalds has. Im not talking about an online app...just a simple scan, order, pay, and pickup process.

Visited this outlet two times in past 2 months. It is located in food court area in Elante mall. It is always crowded and they are known for delivering order very fast. Crispy Veg meal is my personal favourite along with ice tea. Dont forget to ask for drinks without ice. Also,they will ask if you need a medium or a large meal, always reply with regular because there are extra charges for medium and large. One thing I didnt like,hated,was the paneer rice bowl,rice were of low quality and taste was so bad and they were stale. Highly not recommended. If you are a non veg lover then you must go for crispy chicken meal. One meal is enough for one person only. Hope,they will improvise on the new additions. Will definitely give them a 5 star review.💎

Had a meal which had a chicken supreme burger,fries and ice tea. The fries and ice tea was good except the burger. I was expecting the burger to have atleast some amount of veggies which is why I chose that veggy chicken supreme burger but to my disappointment the burger was just chicken patty and few of the cucumber based pickles. There burgers are a big no for me.

Bought a meal today..yuck cold and ice cream was available in the combo but they didnt provide.

Recently i visit them and place the order and clear and confirm with him that is it 4 burger with 2 of them is meal and he said yes in end i get order with 6 burger and when i ask them toRefund they said you can have shakes and while they prepared the shakes mu burger was messed .I bad experience

Clean and spacious place to eat in. It’s affordable and the services are ok. Just try to avoid going on weekends because for some reason they celebrate parties there and they don’t reserve an actual space, you will find kids running around the whole restaurant.

Today i visited in elante burger king . I odered a meal of fiery chicken. Nd chicken patty is very hard and totally burned. And bread is very ruff and dry. And they put only tomatos no other vegges. And then come to the counter for change my burger and a lady said me they dont have fiery chicken and choos any other burger... I choose tandoori chicken then i also face same things .. seriously poor service .. I am not seticfed ... Hope so u justify😕

I was a big fan of MacD before i tried burger king. But trust me, the authentic real taste of its burgers is far better than any other competitors. However, particularly this branch didnt have much to offer because some of the items were out of stock. May be because of the timing of my visit.But at least once we can give a try and decide.

So Im not a fast food fan. I do not like to eat out either. But here I was, hungry and at Elante Chandigarh. So I thought I would eat a burger from the burger king instead of the usual McD.So I entered and I ordered for a Burger, coke and some fries. I was alone, I treated well by the staff. I sat on a table and the minute i eat the burger I feel fresh aroma of the burger. Its way better than other fast food chains.

Burger King shop as usual a normal burger king shop but there is lack of sitting arrangement by burger king. You can get sitting arrangement provided by elante mall but the problem is you have to go from that sitting area to the shop to check your order and thats something you dont want to do. Thats why it is a 4 star.
