One Stop shop for all MI products. I had purchased for 4-5 times from this store and its been an great experience.Sandeep - the store person is absolutely a gentleman. Very competitive price. Good behaviour.I can recommend this place to anyone looking to buy any Mi device.

Pathetic after sale service, Nonsense fellow sitting on the counter. Doesnt know how to deal with the customer. Once u pay the bill of the product their behaviour changes. Dont buy any product from this outlet.

Extremely unprofessional and untrained staff, especially the owner. Nobody was wearing a mask properly and the owners mask hung limply near his chin, ensuring maximum exposure to all customers. There is a sign on the store window stating that people without masks will not be allowed to enter. Customers, however, can expect to see the owner and staff either without masks, or wearing masks around the neck and chin in various states of disarray.We had already decided what we were going to order and just needed to make the order. This straightforward process took 30+mins as we waited for the owner to conclude the casual conversation he was having on his phone. When he did finally deign to glance at us, he provided some random information grudgingly that was of no help to anyone. We did not make our purchase at this store. The lack of willingness to help and the abysmal experience was so galling that we chose to go specially to the Mi Store in Elante and make the purchase from there.

Very Bad experience. First of all this store is a Mi Studio which means its a Franchise not a company owned store. Anmol Sector-22 owns this store. I visited this store thinking its a company owned one. However when Mr. Sukh(an employee) started talking to me very casually and did not have proper knowledge about the products I got a feeling something is wrong. Then when I asked him to behave professionally he started arguing with me. Then another Employee came in and offered to help. But later even that Employee behaved un-professionally. I then finalized on a product with no help of the employees and asked for it to be billed. He asked me whether the payment would be cash or card. I said card. He said 2% extra will be charged. When I asked why he had no reply. He then started saying the card machine is not working. When I asked him to try once he did not. I repeatedly requested him to try the card once but he did not. I could clearly see the machine was ON and would have have worked if he tried but he didnt. Then I had to leave in disappointment without buying the product.I would suggest anyone visiting this shop to be very careful cause the Employees and the Owner who has hired them dont seem like genuine people.

Sale a product in higer rates than on xiaomi official. Recently I brought a phone redmi note 9 pro (4gb+64gb) in price 14500 but actuall price is 13999.please dont go in this shop.Bad behaviour of staff.all staff are unprofessional and very slow services.

Always loved MI Products but the experience at this Franchise is forgetful and pathetic. This was my second purchase at Anmol Watches/ MI Studio Franchise and both times I wanted to fight and come out without buying but kept my patience. One customer before me had already been shouted at by the owner because the customer politely asked the owner to check their account because he might have transferred funds twice. Second customer wanted a demo of the headphones he wanted to buy but the rude as ever salesman with no training or etiquettes bluntly refused and replied back, to which the Punjabi Customers rightly didnt take in good spirits and gave them back. I was forced to pay extra 2% because this was their policy for Card Payments. On my recent purchase, they refused my own Debit Cards payments saying their machine isnt working and for the love of the products i had to buy, I had to scramble money via IMPS online. 1 star I give them is for them selling MI products and other being their New Showroom

Worst experience I bought Redmi Note 9 Pro (4GB - 64GB) on 01st June 2020 thats official price in India is ₹13,999 but they sold that device at ₹14,500. They told me that they got this price from Mi India backend team. But till now the official price on Mi India website & app is 13,999.

Worst experience, they charged more from market. I purchased redmi 8 from here. They sold me this model at 8300/-. Same model i offered from mi store @8000. They sold me damaged phone. When i opend this , i found used one.They showed me another model and packed me another. I called owners mobile and discussed this. Then they denied to replace it.Alway purchase from Mi store. This is not Mi store.They cheated and fooled.
