There is a huge gap in what is being written on the cashify site regarding the items that can be exchanged on their kiosks and what actually gets exchanged on the kiosk itself. Thats what we had to unexpectedly face when we went to get the old laptop exchanged at their kiosk after getting a pathetic response from their own site whose pick up guy never arrived on the said time or even later!This kiosk as we were told exchanges only phones and not laptops, whatever sense does it make! All I can say is atleast mention clearly on your site whether one particular kiosk can cater to all the exchanges or make your online pick up of some actual use! Pathetic service and terrible experience with both cashify site and the kiosk!
