Dont bring your beats headphone here for update. I went there for update of my beats solo 3 which was 1 month old. And asked to leave headphone here, then when i came back i found they have replaced my brand new headphone with old and refurbished one without letting me know. I was so frustrated and asked for my original headphone back and they refused. Such a awful customer service. They give customers a refurbished products for replacement. Sound quality of my beats is now very poor. Worst apple service. I contacted apple and nothing happened because they dont know where are my headphones

The technical team there has zero knowledge about apple products and are simply amateurs.You bring issues of your apple products to them and the team gives you some vague answers. If problem is complex, they just raise their hands rather than discussing the prospect solutions.The only solution they hav for any issue is to simply change/ replace that product parts and thats it.Some local apple products repairing shop resolved my devices issue completely and brilliantly and there was no need of changing any part.
