I needed airbuds with ANC. I texted them and asked about it. They said they have it and its working. I ordered, airbuds didnt have ANC. I told them about this. They asked me to return the airbuds. Once they received it, I asked them to send me any other headset which had ANC. They didnt have any. I asked them to return the money, they said we dont have return policy. They said order some watch. Even if I didnt want a watch, I had to order one. That watch is at 1200 rs at other shops, they charged me 1800 + 300 courier charges I had to pay. Watch quality was also pretty average.

We visited the shop to buy a phone,asked the salesman named Amit to suggest us a smartphone. He showed us some phones & then suggest us to buy Vivo y20g with specifications 4GB With 64 GB , android 11 version. After billing while checking the phone (after inserting sim) it started vibrating during call and meanwhile we noticed about version which was android 10 inplace of 11, We then complained about it He started misbehaving and asked us to go to vivo care. Very rude,worst service.Sorry 2 say not to visit again there and not recommended at all to anyone.

Fraud system. These guys cheated on us by selling unsealed box without saying a thing at the price of new sealed one. They swipe the card without showing a box and once the payment was done they handed over the unsealed box and the salesman who made that particular payment was just vanished from the store.These guys cheated on us. Salesman tried to sell a defected Samsung product as good one on checking while unboxing at the counter ... after 2 hours agrees it’s broken ... the stylus of a tablet had a broken tip to which they were later trying to replace with a demo stylus, saying they would send the broken for repair but we’re not ready replace the product as a whole ... if a new product also need patch work to function then why should a customer buy new products only.. After 4 n half hours of pointing out the defect, they replaced the stylus from another box with much attitude ...Disappointed in Samsung team handling this and the shop as well. Unfortunate to buy from this store ..
