Provided misinformation to enroll in Encircle Program. I specifically said I will not provide any ID proofs for any promotional program. And they said Titan will not ask for any ever. Now for the mere task of changing my mobile no., they are asking of few different written requests and copies of my ID proofs. I was able to update my new number with different financial instruments without this much hassle

Very bad experienceTitan offering free gift with watch but charged also for the free gift reasoning that it is necessary for GST purpose and that the item cannot leave the store until billed.Though the amount charged was only Re. 1 but how can they charge from the customer for a free gift.Wonder how is it possible. Limit of fooling the customers

Its a nice store with wide variety of watches and sunglasses and even normal eye glasses. Watch brands like Fossil, Armani, titan, Michael Kors are all available. But the showroom is undergoing renovation right now. And hence, items have not been put on display. So, now is not a nice time to visit.
