I loved it

The entire process was pretty hassle-free.Paid them the deposit to book the vehicle, paid them the fees during vehicle pick-up, and received the deposit back a day after returning the vehicle.I had booked the Isuzu Dmax since I had planned a road trip to Kaza, Himachal Pradesh. It was a 2019 model, I think but was used quite extensively. The only flaw wrt to performance was that the wheel balance/alignment was off and the handbrake was loose. But the car performed brilliantly on all 12 days of the trip. Comfortable to drive on all types of terrains. 4 of us travelled very comfortably.The boot space was without a cover which was a concern since it was snowing in Himachal but the RaC team was helpful and even at the last minute managed to gave me a plastic sheet to cover my luggage and a rope to tie it with.Big Thanks to Chandigarh Rent A Car!!
