I report here for service of my Car on prior booking of slot at 10 am but it was my worst experience that They hand my car at about 5pm. When i receive my car there was neither proper plastic/rubber polishing nor Lubrication was don. So again its take about my 1hour.

Ultimate Hyundai located on very good and decent location. The only issue is space and labour. If you book a service in ultimate make sure you have enough time and patience. Car service completed in max to max 2 hours but for car wash and other you have to wait for 3 to 4 hours thats not a good sign. They need to follow first come and first serve policy. They need to hire more people to complete all jobs in short time after all time is money and they need to understand that. Thank you

Mr. Rajiv and Ultimate Team has offered us superb service but they dont respond to the mails or any other communication medium. Each time you have to call on their phone nos. for queries to be resolved. In todays date where they expect a customer leave positive feedback ONLINE, they have to be updated for ONLINE queries also. I dont know for what purpose they mention their email address on the letterhead. 1 Star removed(updated).

I dont recomend to visit ultimate hyundai....poor service.....i have booked the car they were not able provide even after 1.5 month that car ....after waiting for such days they were not even humble they are like hmari kya galti piche se ni aa rhi to or 15 din wait krlo pkka ni hai pr ....even when i i ask to cancel they said they will deduct the cancellation charges even after its fault of them only...... pathetic customer service and attitude of manager. There are many hyundai car dealers in city u can visit there bt never visit ultimate hyundai ever.
