Please dont get this service provider. They are simply ridiculous. When you take a new connection, you will get good speed and as time passes the speed will start going down. In fact the connection is fragile and unpredictable. I am using this since last three plus years and it has become intolerable since last six months or so. Please didnt the internet speed below. I am supposed to get 100 mbps and I normally dont use even 50 percent of my quota of data.

I am working from home so I need stable internet connection but last several month your internet is not working properly even I Complain about this issue but its not resolved yet. Your internet not working for 2 to 4 hour a day and I have facing this from last months. So due to this I have suffer a lot and pay additional amount to my mobile internet to do my work.

So please be aware that I come from a place of experience. This is not a blind review. Composite uptime of their service is not even 30% in a month. Their fibre optic network conks out at the drop of a hat (heavy winds/ short showers). There is no communication from their end either over call/email/text that the services are down and ETA of resolution. They have only one phone number for contacting them which not-so-surprisingly becomes unreachableor busy at the same time as any outage. It is unfortunate that I stay in an area where there in no other Internet provider so I have to bear with this money sucking machine with no output.

The services are pathetic. The technicians are very bad they dont know how to talk to a person properly they are very rude and the attitude to the customer is just not acceptable by any means. These guys are very helpful before mark my words before getting the connection after 1-2 days usage you can notice the quality of the network which is pathetic you wont have internet acces for 2-3 hours in a day and this happens daily and when you complain about the issue they say we dont know anything, you might have done something to the router just dont take any services from them these guys have worst technicians and poor quality connections...

I have never seen worst service like this...1. Speed of broadband is slow2. Customer service is zero most of the times their answer is “problem is from BSNL and we can’t say how much time it will take for resolve the problem”3. After getting numerous calls they respond but solution never provided.4. Commitment level is zero when selling the connection their language is soft and polite after that their final answer is “this is new policy from BSNL we can’t do anything” ( even they do not communicate the proper charges to customer and customer came to know about the whole things when he get bill from Bsnl)I urge to all people please think numerous time before taking services from them🙏🏻

Pathetic Service Provider (SKY BROADBAND, CHANDIGARH)It has been more than a month since we have applied for a BSNL Connection home broadband in Chandigarh. Still not been installed in spite of repeated requests. There is no proper response as well. After a month one guy with a rude face came and gave a cable connection and went. He says that there is no modem available. Now already 2 weeks over and still not heard from that useless service provider. Dont know how come a public sector can outsource their service to like these non professional people. Guys, if you are planning to take a BSNL connection please dont go to these company.

My father had applied to BSNL for connection a MONTH ago, our application, I dont know why was sent to a pathetic service provider called Sky broadband, OPERATING OUT OF BOOTH!(smells corruption) their regular response for a month was Sir feasibility check karni padegi, which basically means they have to send a technician, no one came, yesterday my father called them, and the response was Ek mahina lagega.Let me remind this company, that the line you are using is OUT OF PUBLIC MONEY, you did not invest your private funds, this is our right. BSNL charter commits to providing Connection within 10 days, and its already month and you are saying it will take another month!Here is a thing, I ll be free after 4th october, and first thing I am doing on 5th is file RTI against you and BSNL, will ask for all records including the number of clients before me and so forth.

I m associated with Sky Broadband since many years and i hvnt got any such issue. Due to covid work ftom home and kids online classes are getting conducted at home, so i requested Sky team at short notice to install internet and cable, people would not believe it happened within few hours and it was shifting scenario. i would rate them 10/10. Customer wants service and rapid response and it had happened here.

Due their bad services i loose my clients and I am getting loss in Business. Their staff behavior is not good not talk properly, some time they disconnect my call, maximum time their customer number is busy, one more thing the number which get recorded of customer calls is not in working state i always talk on alternate number. Executives are making fool they did not raise complaint just give assurance that service will work in sometime and it doesnt work.You dont even bothered about the problems faced by your customers. You just care about your money. I will take legal action against you for sure. I have my call details proof that i daily 3 calls which is of 5 to 10 minutes daily.They take advantage of our problem. The speed is very slow, they promise us to give the 50 to 100 Mbps, but the speed comes in the Kbps. When the technician come to home the net is working properly, at that time they resolve problem from backend, and when the technician gone after 30 or 1 hour the net speed get slow again.I am going to sue this company.

Weve using their service at our office for 3 months and it is better than the leased line we had before. The speed is excellent on all our computers. There were issues a couple of times but were resolved quickly. Id recommend them over any other service provider. Their online portal for checking your account is simple and convenient.

If you raise a ticket regarding no internet access, which usually happen a lot daily. After 2 months theyll show there true colors. They just yell at you if you raise a ticket. In return if you make any complaints about getting yelled at youll get response. Eventually you feel frustrated and if you say anything bad they just going to cut your connection. They just dont care about anyone.

Pathetic service! Internet goes down very often, and the customer care number does not work. Internet speed is not what the pack says. It is 40-50% less than that. And service is very poor, you need to chase after them in case of any issue, which is very frequent.

Worst experience..I am using last 1.5 year this skybroband connection.Most of the time my internet is not working and there support dont know how to talk and respect customer.I call then 10 to 15 times call then go and pick it up.Every time they have to say its a backend issue issue and tower issue.Just to say that it gives 2MB speed. They provide stable connection and good service only initially when you have a new. connection. As time goes on their service degrades.Our complaint phone calls are answered with same old repetitive responses - Sir, karr rahe hain or taar cut gayi thi or abhi theek ho jayega etc. etc. Speed is sometimes satisfactory but sometimes it slows down and thats even on a good weather.They seriously need to think about their customer satisfaction and provide stable internet service else people will keep looking for alternatives.

Very bad experience with sky broadband... they took 15 days for new connection and after everything is done then in last wire installation fault make more delay in connection activation... and second thing they did not gave you router or modem or any ONT... they will sell you and charge Rs 3000 for that device... good thing is that they will not charge security or installation because they already sell you ONT device ... but they also give few months internet with that device its mean you dont have to pay any internet charge for few months but main problem is service which is very very poor... they give you lots of fake promise... in which this is very popular fake promise ( after lunch we will send our so called technicians to you)... which is never come on time... and when you face any internet problem and you call to numbers which is given ny them. they will never pick call especially when there is any fault...after all internet quality is average... ping is good as compared to netplus but not better than airtel or jio... if you have airtel or jio in your area then go for airtel or jio otherwise you can think about this ISP

The sky broadband service is fine with respect to speed. I get very good speed both downloading as well as uploading. Uploading speed is very crucial for me as I also work as youtuber, so I require fast uploading internet for videos upload. With this service, I am able to upload my videos in few minutes. That saves a lot of time. I have given 4 stars because the amount of data I get is quite less. I need at least 350 GB of data per month....Hope they will increase the data limit...rest everything is fine.

The service is horrible, been 2 weeks since I told them to give a new internet connection to me, I gave them 18 calls. The technician didnt even come once despite the call managers saying that the technician will come tomorrow. Do NOT take this companys connection, as their service is horrible at the starttill the end, technicians are lazy , the staff pays no attention to the problems of the costumers. The prices are too much for a company with this much horrible service if there was a rating below 1 star, I would give it to them.

I am using Airtel service with speed of 300 mbps but Airtel and this company is providing us speed of 39 mbps. Shameful and non professional act. They are cheating on me from last many months! And now, owner replying here, its cute!! Funny. Dude have some basic sense. We are using 2G and 5G networks and our main computer is connected with LAN. Its amazing that companies like these existing from 2014 and still misleading people in by giviing the 90s concepts to check on LAN or WiFi. Its really cute !

I am using this wifi from last 1.5 year but now i want to disconnect. I put up a mail to them they said we require atleast 1 month of notice period to disconnect i said ok . I have deposited security of 1000 rs and i told them please deduct your 1 month bill from the security amount and refund the remaining now they are saying first pay your bill and then we will consider to refund after seeing the security slip . They are least bothered about there service Really disappointed . Who will keep the slip after 1.5 year and if i am returning your device and your system is showing 1000 rs security why you want slip . Simply disgusting

Does not even deserve 1 star. Using fiber from 5 months got packet loss issues since day one not resolved till now. Not at all recommended for gaming. Poor routing. You will have 150 ping to your closest server and 50 to any other country servers. The customer care told me that the issues will be resolved as they are changing routes and it will take a month and had to subscribe for another 3 months. Now they wont even refund. Worst isp of chandigarh. The most fake people on the planet. Not at all recommended.
