Jio store are hard to find there boards are not that attractive. But they resolved my query in about 5 minutes. That was great and polite customer handling.

Very courteous staff. They patiently answer all your queries whether youre looking for a post paid or prepaid plan. They dont push you to buy and let it be your decision to make. You can get sim cards and handsets for reliance sims here in various price ranges.

This is good place for purchasing new Jio SIM and for porting your SIM, people are good

Not working properly and the sell price for this place are most high. According to some source, The staff of this place are fully corrupt.

The attendant was very rude as i was not carrying cash so he refused to take online payment at first. So, i had to visit the nearby ATM some 350 mtrs away and it was out of cash. After that they accepted my online payment.

Good and fast service helpful staaf

This place is located in sector 35c market and it is visible from road. Even Google maps location is correct. The staff is well behaved and nice. They know what is suppose to be done and direct you well in correct direction. They might be bit slow to work but once they start taking pace then it happens fast. Rest the store is good and there are other accessories also available. Overall great place.

Dont buy anything from them.If you go for duplicate sim pay only 25 rupees instead of 175 in which they sold you mobile stand by saying its charges for duplicate sim and this mobile stand is free of cost. After that youll get a bill at your phone regarding 25 rupees for duplicate sim only.

Staff shortage, lack of proper knowledge

The worst service providers. I bought a phone from this shop ( Vivo) worth 14k, which hangs so badly! It has not been even a month. And the store owner simply rejected the request to exchange the useless product he sold. Extremely rude staff, while selling the phone they were extremely courteous and polite. Now when I reported the problems, they behaved so arrogantly.

I tried to replace my lost sim card. The staff is not cooperative. They make the public fool. They are unnecessary demanding copy of DDR of sim. I told him that I have copy of FIR of my phone. He refused. Poor service, I will not recommend anyone to visit this store.
