Remodeled a small kitchen. Overall customer experience was good. But, must improve communication with customer, better management of time, and set clear expectations with third party vendors in customer experience. I would recommend them even though my rate is just above average as they are sincere and open to improving their customer service.

One phone call made the difference is what i would say. I reached out to them with a simple requirement (like i reached out to other companies as well) and they acknowledged my requirement immediately. Their representative met us on the next day and explained the whole process. They had a variety of options and colors to choose from. Once the agreement was signed, they furbished us with a model diagram which helped us envision the final work.The work was neat and they sent regular updates on the progress they made.They completed my project with in 45 working days.I am so happy with the outcome and that i picked the right people for the work.Thanks you The Kitchen Makers. Hi, I got my 1st kitchen from them in back 2005 and now I got a brand new one in 2021. I must say they have improved alot with time. They have top notch finishes with alot of variety. I have always been satisfied with the service backup also. That is very important and they back it up too. Highly recommended.

The kitchen makers, sec 35 -c are quality effective and great after sales service. Got all my kitchen and other home furniture done, the quality of work was gud , we are quite satisfied with our kitchen , wardrobes and our vanities.

Worst expirence till datewe told them for work to start on 8 jan ..and atill the work is pending because incapable staff and workers it was small 10x7 sq ft kotchen which they have not made yet working properly.please dont go for any modular kitchen work from themharassment at peak.!!

Pathetic people..took the money for design but did nothing...and stil have audacity to ask for more..we called bt they were interested in selling only...more more money...beware of them..u can get those designs on internet easily what they show u..beware of them and save your money...poor commitment.

The most unprofessional organization to do business with. Mr. Rupak Setia the owner here is a gentleman to talk to but barely honours his commitment. Had placed an order for Hafeles Weatherfold 100 EF Sliding door solution on the 21st of March and issued him 2 cheques dated 15h of April. His commitment was to deliver within 7-10 days. We eventually had to do stop payment of those cheques after wasting our time with him till 14th of April.. Was very hard to reach him on phone.. he would answer 1 out of 5 calls made to him and make excuses that the material is dispatched.. on the way... delivered us partial material.. on 2nd and then some more parts (mostly used) or old stock of 2012 .. and then finally after no positive revert till 13th.. we stopped his payment on 14th... or else we would have kept running after him and lost our money and would have also not got the ordered material...
