Very costly and absolutely unprofessional attitude.. Owner is not only very bad in dealing but does not have any respect towards customer. I have purchased material worth 20000, he told very nicely that whatever material is left unused, he will take return back . When I went back after a month to return some of the unused items, I was completely surprised to see him taking a U Turn and refusing to refund back the money.After much of request, he is agree to give Rs 700 slip to purchase any item within 15 days, Actual unused item cost was around Rs 2500-3000Worst vendor to go ahead with. Go to any other shop to purchase anything...stop your work but would never recommend anyone to purchase any stuff from Modi Hardware store sector 27.

When we purchased material worth 25000, he told very nicely that whatever material is left unused, he will return it back. When I went back after a month to return some of the unused items, I was completely surprised to see him taking a U Turn and refusing to refund back the money. Told us that he can give something in return but not money. He does not have any sense on what would any customer purchase in return from a hardware shop when the work is over. He does not even carry basic common sense that customer do not have any choice in a paint and hardware shop to look out for something else in return which could be of any use to the customer. And you know what, total cost of the returned items was just 1300 Rs. He did not give us a bill of material purchased and said that GST was applied. After much of argument, finally he agreed to pay only 1000 RS back and deducted 300 RS on false perception of GST. Worst vendor to go ahead with. Go to any other shop to purchase anything...stop your work but would never recommend anyone to purchase any stuff from Modi Hardware store sector 27. This is a very honest and direct feedback to save other innocent customers from this foolish shop owner.
