I bought a ring last year in March before lockdown the diamonds of the ring kept falling and I never wore it daily used it occasionally only. I got the diamonds fixed four times and at last got it changed and added more amount to it and now again the diamonds of this new ring have fallen and had got this new ring exchanged in august. I really have had a very bad experience now wish to return and get my refund really a very very bad experience 😔😔

Lots of variety is avaialble with them. Making charges are quite high but can be negotiated. Fully air conditioned jeweller shop having 4 floors and diamond and gold on separate floors with lift facility available. Staff is also good. Situated at a place with good parking space in front.

I am virinder from Chandigarh. the customer of sham jewellers. recently I was go to the sham jewellers on 29th sep 21 for purchasing a mens chain of gold.when I wear it for a one week. I noticed that some defect in this chain. I was go back to the sham jeweller on 7th Oct 21 for to show them the defect of chain. they checked and told me to come today (8th Oct 2021). when I reached at there showroom today after around 2 to 3 hrs waiting at there showroom no solution provided by them. they told me they dont have same type of chains in there stock and offering me to choose other chains. I told them pls fix my chain or give same chain to me but they dont have .so bad experience received from sham jewelles. also they said that they dont have workers who make same chain which was purchased by me from them hows it possible

Hi,Worst place to buy jewellery as the representative over there make you fool. I bought 18 KT ring but later on their saleman applied the price of 22kt on the bill. Never go there. They dont even let you to match the price with Google by putting up the words Google dont sell the gold . Its the worst experience ever.
